Microsoft Exchange 2010 SP1 Beta available

Exchange 2010 SP1 is optimized for mobile devices

A beta of Exchange Server 2010 SP1 is now available, offering new features and bug fixes for the messaging server. SP1 is expected to ship towards the end of 2010, but you can download the Beta here.

The new features include interface and performance improvements to Outlook Web App (OWA), more efficient synchronization of conversation threads for mobile device users through Exchange Active Sync.

Store a user’s personal archive mailbox on a different server from the user’s primary mailbox allowing archive servers to have separate hardware storage, maintenance routines and fault tolerant configurations.
